Grilled sardine tails from Güeyumar reflect a traditional way of preparing and preserving Cantabrian fish. Cut by hand, roasted with oak wood and then preserved in Torre Canena Arbequino premium virgin olive oil to guarantee their conservation without subtracting from the prominence, aroma and flavour of the sardine.
Each can has a net weight of 150 grams and a drained weight of 105 grams.
