Sabadiego chorizo sausage is a traditional variety, typical of the town of Condado de Noreña (Asturias, Spain), which is popularly known for its famous, artisan butchers. Such is the relevance of this particular sausage in its production area, that there is even a gastronomic guild dedicated to it: Cofradía de la Orden del Sabadiego (Guild of the Order of Sabadiego).
