White Afuega’l Pitu PDO cloth cheese is made with pasteurised cow’s milk. White Afuega’l Pitu is one of the most unique Asturias artisan cheeses that has become one of the most renowned Spanish cheeses made with pasteurised cow’s milk.
It is recommended, as with other Asturias cheeses, to remove it from the refrigerator about half an hour before serving. This way, the product will reach room temperature so that all the intensity of its flavour can be appreciated.
